Seoga is a service operated by LVS TECHNOLOGIES (registration number 202103242933), 23A, The Ascent, Kelana Jaya, Malaysia ("Seoga", "we", "us").
These terms are an agreement between you and us for the use of getseoga.com and app.getseoga.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business's behalf. You must be 18 or over to use the Service.
1. What Seoga does
Seoga checks public websites and reports what may stop them being found on Google and in AI answers, with suggested fixes. The free scan needs no account; the free account adds the solutions and saves your reports. Features marked "coming soon" aren't available yet. Paid packages are not on sale yet; their terms will be added here before they are.
2. No guarantees about rankings or AI answers
Search engines and AI tools decide for themselves what they show. Our reports are advice based on public guidance and what we measure on the day of the scan. We don't guarantee any ranking, traffic, AI mention or sales, and results can change between scans. Scores marked "Estimated" are worked out from public signals and are not exact measurements. Speed and real-visitor figures come from Google's tools and can vary.
3. Using the Service fairly
You agree not to:
- scan sites to attack, overload or probe them, or try to make our checker reach private or internal addresses;
- get round our limits or the human check, or use bots or scripts against the Service without our written permission;
- copy, resell or rebuild the Service or its reports as your own product;
- break the law, or other people's rights, through the Service.
We may refuse, limit or stop access to anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Scanning websites
You may scan any publicly available website. Our checker, SeogaBot, reads only public pages of that website, follows robots.txt and limits how often it asks. How many pages each scan reads:

Only scan websites you own or manage, or whose owner would not object. Information on scanned pages belongs to their owners; we use it only to produce the report.
5. Your account
- Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read it can sign in to your Seoga account.
- Give an email address you control. Temporary email addresses aren't accepted.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page. The privacy policy explains what is kept afterwards.
6. Report links
Each report has a private link. Anyone with the link can see the report (without the solutions). You're responsible for who you share it with.
7. Our content
The Service, the report layouts, texts and the Seoga name and logo belong to us. You may use the reports and fixes for your own website, or for a website you are authorised to manage, and share your report link and picture.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features, and will give reasonable notice when we can.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or for changes you make to your website based on a report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where those apply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, email account holders before they apply. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes go to the courts of Malaysia, unless the consumer law of the country where you live gives you the right to use its courts.
